We’re here today to blog about MarTek receiving the SBDC Award for Tempe, AZ! MarTek was the only semiconductor equipment manufacturing company in the 2013 lineup of Award winners. SBDC (Small Business Development Center) offers a statewide source of assistance for small businesses in every stage of development. AZSBDC is fully accredited by the Association of Small Business Development Centers, a national system that connects 60 state SBDC networks across the country.
Each year, the AZSBDC Network honors a select group of Arizona businesses and entrepreneurs who have made exceptional progress and advancement with their business growth. The 2013 Success Awards held at the Arizona State Capitol on March 18 honored 14 top performing businesses. MarTek has worked with Maricopa SBDC since 1998, and has used their resources to obtain financing for a large inventory purchase in 2010.
Because of MarTek’s outstanding growth the past year, we were selected out of the entire Tempe, AZ area and were the only semiconductor equipment manufacturing company in the Award lineup!
