New MarTek 4090u+ Wafer Prober MarTek can build brand new 4090u+ 200mm wafer probers with advanced automation including probe to pad alignment, in process inspection and optical character recognition (OCR).   Refurbished Probers MarTek supplies refurbished Electroglas wafer prober models 4090u, 4080, 4085X, 3001X, 2010X, 2001X and 1034X. Also available are TEL P-8, Karl Suss PA200 and Accrutech/TSK APM90 and UF200 series probers.

Field Service

Factory trained Service and Preventative Maintenance for 4090u, 4080, 4085X, 3001X, 2010X,
2001X and 1034X Electroglas Wafer Probers.

MarTek can customize a Service Contract from Preventative Maintenance only to full parts and labor.


Training

MarTek can provide full onsite training for Prober Operation and Maintenance. Training materials
provided.


PCB Repair

Repair service for original Electroglas, MarTek, and third party prober PCBs.
